Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at hello@cedarandcharm.com or (505) 682-1200 with your order details. We will provide return instructions and the shipping address to use.

Items should be unused, free of damage, and returned in original packaging when possible. Final sale items, personalized pieces, and opened consumables may not be eligible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.

Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
